Who we are
Since 1965 we offer tradition and quality in the heart of Fanano. Our cakes are still kneaded by hand following the recipes of our grandmas.
Every day chocolate, nut, apple and rice cakes, along with dove, tarts and much more for sale whole, in halves and quarters, also on reservation.
The typical products of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines are baked according to tradition: the fresh aniseed-flavored “ìzuccherini, the fried and baked scarpaccioli, stuffed with blueberries, sour cherries or chestnuts.
